Here at Charley's Closet, we assure you the best quality items. Please take a minute to read through our return policy. The return policy varies for different items.
Apparel can be returned up to 7 days from the delivery date and only by mail under these conditions:
+ item(s) aren't worn, damaged, washed, ripped, or torn
+ item(s) still have tags attached
All sale items are FINAL SALE.
Swimwear, Intimates, and Accessories
Swimwear, Intimates, and Accessories (jewelry, bodysuits, bralettes, hats, scarves, etc.) can not be returned and are FINAL SALE.
Charley's Closet reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received.
All items listed as "final sale" can not be returned.
To submit an item for a return, please email us at email@example.com. Please provide us with why you want to return the item and any additional photos. After careful examination, compliance with the policy above, and after we have received your return, we will issue you store credit for the amount of the items returned. This store credit does not include any shipping fees.
We do not provide the shipping cost to return items.
Only regular priced items may be returned and are eligible for store credit. Unfortunately, final sale items cannot be returned.
Charley's Closet does not offer exchanges at this time.
