Here at Charley's Closet Boutique, we assure you the best quality items. Please take a minute to read through our return & exchange policy. The return policy varies for different items. 

ONLINE RETURN POLICY

How do I submit an online return?

  • Visit our returns center for online purchases
  • Enter your order number and email address to start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

What are the guidelines for returnable items I bought online? 

  • Return is initiated within 14 days from the date of delivery
  • Item(s) aren't worn, damaged, washed, ripped, or torn
  • Items don't show any evidence of wear, including sweat or deodorant stains
  • Item(s) still have tags attached
  • In unused and resellable condition

What items are non-returnable? 

 The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Discounted items (if applicable). All sale items are FINAL SALE.
  • Items received through giveaways
  • Accessories, hair accessories, jewelry, sunglasses, and handbags
  • Bodysuits, intimates, and swimwear

How do I ship back the items?

For instructions on how to ship the returned items, refer to our returns center. Charley's Closet Boutique does not cover shipping costs for returns.

The item I received is damaged! What do I do?

If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 30 days of the delivered date. 

Can the items be exchanged?

We only allow in-store purchases for exchange at this time. 

What are the refund options?

The following refund options are supported:

  • If you return is accepted and initiated within the 14 days allowed, you will receive your refund in the form of payment you bought your items with or you can choose to receive store credit through the returns center. After the 14 days allowed, your return will not be accepted.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. If you paid with card, refunds will go back onto cards within 1-5 business days depending on your bank. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request through email.

  • Exchange is initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase
  • Items bought online can be returned in store.
  • You must have your receipt. We will not exchange or return items without a receipt.
  • Item(s) aren't worn, damaged, washed, ripped, or torn
  • Items don't show any evidence of wear, including sweat or deodorant stains
  • Item(s) still have tags attached
  • In unused and resellable condition
  • Once an exchange is initiated, your purchase is considered final sale.

What items are non-returnable/exchangeable?

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
